I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The view from my room was absolutely amazing, and the staff were so polite, happy, and helpful. They always made sure everything was okay and quickly resolved any small issues. The location was perfect for a quiet escape from the city, and the pool area was fantastic. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the various amenities provided in the room. Highly recommended!
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The review is our experience and we recommend you not to choose this resort for a relaxing beach holiday. Management did not help us have a relaxing peaceful holiday. . Christmas Meal by the Resort We arrived on the Saturday before Christmas. Both Sunday afternoon and Monday afternoon, we were bombarded with piercing musical preparations for the meal. We were not able to have a short nap in the afternoon. . The reception staff failed to understand this music was intrusive as we had paid for a peaceful break. The meal and concert lasted two hours from 7pm to 9pm. At 9pm when the staff decided the party was finished and began to clean up. The meal was poor value at $35 and one had to pay for alcoholic drinks. If the meal wasn’t included in the package, we would decline it as it was very expensive for Vietnam. I call the meal what it was, a rip off. International Phone Calls It took the two over an hour to discover that you cannot make international calls from the hotel’s landline. You have to buy a SIM from the resort and ensure your current mobile is unlocked. This was crazy as this was the only hotel on our month long trip not to facilitate landline international calls. It was all the more upsetting when both of us wanted to make call to love ones on Christmas Day. We did this on mobile at considerable cost. Christmas Day Meal We both look forward to our meal which is normal if you are travelling from Western Europe. We ordered beef steak which we was inedible and cover with a gravy to disguise how tough it was. When I sign the bill, I noted the meal was not fit for eating. We received an apology the following morning but no reduction on our bill. A reduction would have been a real apology, action not words speak louder. Hot Water There was no hot water available in the bungalow until the fourth morning of our stay, Wednesday December 26th. Constant Intrusion Another point of frustration was the very short breakfast time from 7am to 9am.

Spent my Easter here and had an alright time. the pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a refreshing swim. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of Asian cuisine, which I enjoyed trying out. the hotel was also situated near a convenience store, so buying snacks wasn't much of an issue.
The location was quite remote and not very convenient. It was quite a hassle getting to the city center and we spent a considerable amount of money on transportation.

The breakfast was amazing, a great start to the day. The staff were very kind and helpful too. The location was great, very close to the beach and some nice restaurants. I really enjoyed the outdoor pool, it was refreshing and clean.
The room wasn't as clean as I expected when I arrived. I had to ask twice for certain things to be cleaned properly.

The hotel accorded with relax, dhyana. The staff was very friendly. The food was pleasant to taste and appetizing. Especially, the sea food buffet at the swiming pool was very funny; all of the rooms at this resort look toward the sea. Early in the morning, I also like to look sunrise and lotus pond with my feeling is very interesting. for release the stress, i often enjoy the foot massage and listen the sea waves...

Nice Pool, especially for kids. Good sized bungalow - also the rooms appear nice with the bog windows.
Breakfast should be till 10:00am as on weekends/holidays at least western people like ot sleep in. Besides the room-towels, new tools are to be given at the pool, as otherwise one tool already would be wet at the pool + not available for an afterwards showering in the room. The sandwiches we had ordered for our departure were requested with ham + cheese - the cheese was ok, but instead of the expected lean-ham we received very fat meat which we threw away ! And a price of vnd160,000 for such a snadwich is outragious !

The hotel is located near the city center, which is about 15km away. It's a great location for shopping and trying different restaurants. the hotel also offers a serene beachfront experience, away from the busy city. the rooms are spacious and cozy, equipped with clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. the staff is friendly and helpful, and they provide an excellent breakfast with a diverse range of options.
The hotel's spa services are relatively expensive compared to other facilities in the area.
